Pre-Workout Vanilla-nut Protein Energy Smoothie

Need something to hype you up before you hit the gym? Quit saying chemical supplements and make coffee your pre-workout of choice. 

Before working out it is often important to have a little snack for fuel but most of us couldn't stomach a huge meal. That is where this protein packed smoothie is perfect.

EcoCaffe Protein Vanilla Coffee Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

1 or 2 x Your fave Ethical Coffee flavour
1 x Banana (frozen or use ice to cool)
1 x Teaspoon Tropeaka Maca Powder
1 x Tablespoon Tropeaka Vanilla Protein of choice
1 x Tablespoon Mayvers Nut Butter (we used peanut)

Method

Place in a blender until liquified.

Tips:

If you need to take your smoothie on the go KeepCups are perfect for on the go and are sure to keep the smoothie cool. 

If you are using a straw, make sure it is glass or stainless steel. One-use plastic straws are a huge waste this planet does not need!
