You must verify your order of goods upon delivery and you must notify EcoCaffe within seven days of receipt of any incorrect order. If required by EcoCaffe, such goods forming part of the incorrect order must be promptly returned by you to EcoCaffe.
EcoCaffe will only accept returns sent within seven days in a new and unused condition, and accompanied by the invoice, otherwise we may retain the item(s), not refund them or refund at a reduced price.
You cannot refuse to accept goods merely because they are not delivered by any given date or dates
Return shipping must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by EcoCaffe. This does not affect your statutory rights.

As soon as the returns are received by EcoCaffe, they will be credited and automatically refunded to the Credit Card account used for the order; this should be within 14 days.
